71% of small businesses in Britain are not planning for post-recession recovery

A new study from the Open University Business School has shown that only one in nine small firms enforces post-recession recovery plans. What are the underlying reasons? Lack of skilled employees is one of the challenges that are a concern for previously successful SMEs.
