Remote working for small businesses

If you’re not there for your customers come rain, hail or shine, one of your competitors will be. A recent YouGov poll found that winter weather disruption caused employees in the UK to lose 124 million hours of work.  The study further claims that only 11% of those stranded employees had the option to work remotely. Remote working may seem difficult to implement but it can be the right solution for small businesses wanting to compete with their larger rivals.
